I was making a quick trip to the next town and came upon this train stopped on the tracks. The vivid colors drew me in and I pulled over to shoot a few quick pictures before it pulled away again.

Fallen Leaf
A heavy afternoon rain cancelled our planned hike in the Snowy Range of Wyoming, but gave me a chance to shoot some photos instead. I found this lone leaf on the front step of our cabin. The contrast of color and texture intrigued me.
A Peaceful Place
My late husband and I went four-wheeling into a remote area in the Snowy Range of Wyoming and came across this abandoned cabin. Matt called it his peaceful place and I wondered what stories it held. Who had built it? What dreams were forged in this valley?
